Course Maintenance Day 7 Report
Tuesday 7th November 2023
I am pleased to announce that the Winter maintenance on the Old course has now been completed (minus the fertilising of greens which will be done next week)! It has been a long 7-day stretch and we've had to endure some awful weather, but we have pulled it off, by taking advantage of the better days and working until dark. Once again the flexibility of the Ferndown Golf Club Greenkeeping staff and their ability to follow orders has shown through. I am very proud to have completed these works, and to a high standard too. Part of the reason the club is so successful in the summer is the work we do in the winter and long may it continue!

Course Maintenance update (Wednesday)
Wednesday 1st November 2023
Once again the weather hasn't played ball!! Another 15mm last night with a further 12 mm throughout the day has made me scratch my head on several occasions!! This maintenance week so far has been mentally and physically tough, but we will not back down!
