The aim of our Junior Section is to provide a fun and safe environment  for children to experience golf, to give them the opportunity to progress to their potential and to equip them with golfing and life skills that can be used and enjoyed for the rest of their lives.

Our Junior Membership is the perfect pathway to becoming a well-equipped golfer.

Full access to our 9-hole Alliss CourseJuniors can play the 9-hole Alliss Course at any time not just the organised competitions. 
Full use of the practice facilitiesUse of the putting green, open air and covered driving range, pitching area and practice bunker
CompetitionsJuniors can play in monthly Medals, Stablefords and other competitions
Inter-club matchesPlay against juniors from other golf clubs

Progression to the 18-hole Championship Course and adult competitions

Junior boys and girls with handicap of 18 or better may play in adult and team club competitions on the Old Course.

Junior boys with handicap of 5 or better and junior girls with handicap of 9 or better may play in all Club Strokeplay Competitions and may enter all Club Matchplay events.
Colonial Cup For our single figure handicap juniors is the opportunity to represent the Wessex region in the Colonial cup which is a team of 8 juniors against 8 juniors from Atlanta, Georgia. Played home and away on two consecutive years.
CoachingReceive one-to-one and group* coaching with PGA Professional Danielle Bradly
