Alliss Charity Invitational Presentation - What a Day!
On Friday 24th March we had our annual presentation of wheelchairs and other Mobility Assistive Devices to young people from our local area!
We are pleased to announce that the Alliss Invitational Charity Day (hosted on Monday 5th September 2022) raised just over £47,000, providing Mobility Assistive Devices, funding for sensory rooms, and power packs for those in need, including children from Montacute School, Victoria Education Centre, and Beaucroft Foundation School.
Whilst this was a joyous occasion, we also said thank you and farewell to a longstanding member of the charity's committee, Mike Fenner who after 36 years of hard work and dedication, has stepped down as treasurer. Thank you for all you have done, we are sure Peter Alliss would have been proud of the charity's work over the last few years.
The charity has already opened its raffle (over 20 prizes available!), which will be drawn at this year's event on Monday 4th September 2023, and has a TOP PRIZE WORTH OVER £1000!!! If you would like to be in with the chance of winning, please pop into the office and buy your tickets!
