Any format, any tee, taking into account any times excluded by Competition timesheets or published tee reservations – with any Club Starter who may be on duty having overall discretionary powers in terms of allocation of Starting Tee. (Faster playing groups must be called through)

Further Guidance:
• A match about to start on the 1st or the 9th must alternate with matches in play. The match coming through shall have the right to alternate when all four players are on the green, but four-ball matches must give preference to two ball matches on the 1st tee up to 10.15am.
• The 1st & 9th tees are the only starting tees on the course.
• Singles and foursomes have precedence over and are entitled to pass any three or four-ball matches.
• If a match fails to keep its place on the course and loses more than one clear hole on the players in front, it must allow the match following to pass.
• A single player has no standing and should give way to a match of any kind.
• Any match playing a whole round is entitled to pass a match playing a shorter round.
• Any match on the Course which is on a higher numbered hole has priority of play. For example a match on 16th Green has priority over a match on 4th Tee.
